Job summary

Sega Of America in Burbank invites a Licensing Coordinator to join the Consumer Products team and support the licensing portfolio of Sega IP, across Hardlines and Softlines categories.

Reporting to the Licensing Director, you will manage data, documents, forecasts, and communications with licensees, vendors, and internal partners in a fast-paced hybrid environment, contributing to seasonal campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consumer products licensing or a related field.
• Basic understanding of consumer products licensing.
• Basic understanding of retail landscape and timelines.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to follow through on assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable participating in meetings and supporting assigned projects.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve routine issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Enter all Hardlines and Softlines agreements and data into DRM promptly.
• Update data in the Legal portal and process documents to completion.
• Assist with updated forecasts and placement reports from licensees quarterly.
• Interface with licensees to assist with Manufacture Agreements and related documents.
• Send invoices weekly and track payments to resolve outstanding invoices.
• Support ad-hoc data entry, PO requests, and shipping coordination.
• Coordinate projects and deadlines with Licensing team to meet business needs.
• Maintain Licensee Lists, Brand Decks, Priority Lists and One-Sheets.
• Create and maintain a library of product beauty shots for licensing assets.
• Support Marketing, PR, and Social Media with assets and metadata.
