NASCAR, based in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Manager, Licensing and Consumer Products to drive licensed apparel and headwear growth and connect fans to the brand. You will manage licensee relationships, lead product development, approve licensing terms, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring market-ready merchandise to events and everyday life, with up to 10% travel.

You will also support forecasting, budgets and leadership updates while upholding NASCAR brand standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years in licensing, apparel, merchandising, or related fields.
• Experience managing licensees, vendors, or client relationships.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day relationships with apparel and headwear licensees.
• Lead product development, licensing approvals, and commercialization timelines.
• Identify opportunities to grow licensed apparel and headwear categories.
• Partner with licensees to develop merchandise assortments reflecting fan demand and trends.
• Support merchandise programs tied to NASCAR events, tracks, drivers, and other properties.
• Collaborate with trackside merchandise operators and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams on design direction and priorities.
• Support revenue forecasting, budget planning, and business reporting.
• Prepare presentations and business updates for Licensing leadership.
• Cross-functional collaboration to support program success.
• Manage multiple projects with strong communication and timelines.
