Job summary

UVS Games is seeking a Licensing Manager in the United States to bridge internal development teams and external licensors, guiding product submissions from concept to final production while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Responsibilities

  • Lead licensor product submissions across all product launches, from early concepts through final production samples.
  • Ensure all submissions align with licensor brand guidelines and approval requirements.
  • Track approvals, feedback, and revisions to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, and assets in internal systems (including Asana) and licensor portals.
  • Manage licensor-provided assets and documentation, ensuring teams are using the most current materials.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for licensor-related submissions and approvals.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding feedback, requirements, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with licensors to resolve questions or issues efficiently.
  • Review concepts and physical samples to confirm they match approved submissions.
  • Ensure sample quantities, testing documentation, and required materials are complete and delivered on time.
  • Support ongoing maintenance of licensor documentation and compliance records.

Job description

The Licensing Manager is a detail-driven operator who serves as the essential bridge between internal development teams and external licensors. In this role, you will lead the product submission lifecycle while ensuring every project remains organized, meticulously documented, and aligned with brand guidelines.

The Licensing Manager’s expertise in managing complex approval workflows and clear communication will ensure our products launch efficiently and on schedule. We are a fast-growing publisher dedicated to bringing the world's best IPs to the tabletop, since 2006. From My Hero Academia and Godzilla to Star Trek and Street Fighter, we have built a reputation for blending deep tactical gameplay with fan-favorite universes.

Following the global launch of Riftbound (the League of Legends Trading Card Game) on October 31st, 2025, we are entering a phase of explosive expansion. We are looking for builders, people ready to disrupt the TCG market with creativity, agility, and precision.

Product Submissions
  • Lead licensor product submissions across all product launches, from early concepts through final production samples
  • Ensure all submissions align with licensor brand guidelines and approval requirements
  • Track approvals, feedback, and revisions to ensure timely resolution
System & Asset Management
  • Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, and assets in internal systems (including Asana) and licensor portals
  • Manage licensor-provided assets and documentation, ensuring teams are using the most current materials
Internal & External Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for licensor-related submissions and approvals
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding feedback, requirements, and timelines

Product Inspection & Compliance
  • Review concepts and physical samples to confirm they match approved submissions
  • Ensure sample quantities, testing documentation, and required materials are complete and delivered on time
