Job summary

UVS Games is seeking a detail-oriented Product Data Manager to join our team in the greater Seattle area. The role focuses on maintaining accurate product data in systems and on packaging, and to help set up a new ERP system to improve processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data management, experience with ERP implementations related to item data, and strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the greater Seattle, WA area is a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Create SKUs and load associated data for all UVS Games products.
  • Manage and update the dynamic data for all UVS Games SKUs including weights, dimensions and pack out information.
  • Confirm accuracy of the SKU data on all products and packaging including information such as the barcodes and country of origin.
  • Maintain and provide regulatory product data information such as product packaging component material and weights.

Job description

UVS Games is looking for a detail-oriented product data manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has experience working with product data maintaining its accuracy, both in systems and on physical packaging. The role will not only create and manage the data but will be a part of the team that sets up a new ERP system to improve the process.

What you'll do:

  • Create SKUs and load associated data for all UVS Games products.
  • Manage and update the dynamic data for all UVS Games SKUs including weights, dimensions and pack out information.
  • Confirm accuracy of the SKU data on all products and packaging including information such as the barcodes and country of origin.
  • Maintain and provide regulatory product data information such as product packaging component material and weights.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in data management role or equivalent education.
  • Experience with new ERP implementations related to item data.
  • Experience with critical information checks to determine accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Sheets and Excel
  • Based in the greater Seattle, WA area is a requirement

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the tabletop games industry.
