Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Licensing Manager with senior-level experience to lead nuclear licensing and regulatory compliance. You will interact with regulators, senior leadership, contractors, and suppliers while guiding licensing strategies for non-power facilities and radioactive materials.

A strong background in 10 CFR Part 50 is essential, with a proactive, communicative style. The role offers a competitive base salary and a flexible hybrid/remote schedule, along with benefits and a strong team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related field or equivalent licensing experience.
  • 5+ years nuclear experience in regulatory affairs, engineering, operations or QA.
  • Strong knowledge of 10 CFR Part 50 and NRC/Agreement State licensing processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with regulators and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead licensing and regulatory compliance efforts for non-power facilities and radioactive materials.
  • Interact with regulators, senior leadership, contractors and suppliers to secure licenses.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro to prepare submissions and reports.

Job Details

As a Licensing Manager on our team, we are looking for the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s in engineering, science, or related field (or equivalent: Senior Reactor Operator license or Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program experience).
  • 5+ years nuclear experience in regulatory affairs, engineering, operations, or QA.
  • Strong working knowledge of 10 CFR (especially Part 50), NRC/Agreement State licensing processes, and guidance applicable to non-power production/utilization facilities and radioactive material licenses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with regulators, senior leadership, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
