Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies to drive revenue growth and hit financial targets.
• Build annual business plans by brand, retailer and franchise.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Identify new opportunities with existing and new licensees.
• Own financial performance including planning and forecasting.
• Manage licensee and retailer relationships, including contract negotiations.
• Partner with Product Design to develop Disney IP products.
• Coordinate campaigns with Brand, Marketing and Sales teams.
• Ensure launches align with retail strategies and consumer demand.
