Job summary

Disney Consumer Products (DCP) seeks an Assistant Manager, Licensing Consumables (CPG) to lead a portfolio of categories and licensees, driving revenue growth and consumer-led product strategies that elevate Disney brands in retail.

You will report to the Manager, NAM Consumables. This is a full-time role based in Celebration, FL, collaborating with Product Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment with retail strategies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in brand licensing, retail, or consumer products preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPG Food and retail landscape, incl. distribution and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and strategic mindset.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive revenue growth and financial targets.
• Build annual business plans by brand, retailer and franchise.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with licensees.
• Oversee product strategy, merchandising and marketing alignment to maximize sell-through.
• Partner with Brand Commercialization, Marketing and Sales for integrated campaigns.
