Job summary

Disney Consumer Products is seeking an Associate to support category management and licensee relations, onsite in Glendale, CA or Orlando, FL. This 6-month PH/IA role focuses on driving revenue targets and coordinating with licensing, product development, and marketing teams.

You will help define category strategy, manage licensee communications, and analyze trends while ensuring timely product launches and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2 years related experience or MBA.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Able to collaborate across teams and manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day licensee relationships and approvals process.
• Assist in category and property strategy development and activation.
• Support licensee marketing and product development communications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Licensing, Finance, and Marketing.
