Job summary

Disney Consumer Products (DCP) seeks an Assistant Manager, Licensing Consumables to lead category strategies, manage licensee relationships, and drive revenue growth within the consumer products licensing portfolio.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align assortments with retail strategies, forecast performance, and ensure compliance with brand standards across Disney IP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in brand licensing, retail, or consumer products preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPG Food and retail landscape, including distribution and go-to-market strategies preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
• Build annual business plans by brand, retailer and franchise.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with licensees.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with licensees, including contract negotiations, approvals, and compliance.
