Job summary

Disney Consumer Products seeks an Assistant Manager, Licensing Consumables to lead a portfolio of licensees and growth initiatives in Florida. You will drive category strategy, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales to unlock opportunities and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Manager, NAM Consumables, you will manage licensee relationships, negotiations, and product launches while ensuring Disney quality standards and compelling assortments

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in brand licensing, retail, or consumer products preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPG Food and retail landscape is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Manage licensee relationships, contract negotiations, approvals, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Brand Commercialization, Marketing, and Sales on integrated campaigns.
