Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required; prior experience preferred but not required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Communicates effectively in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Applies reasoning and follows written/verbal instructions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Processes contracts and licensing for agent appointments with carriers accurately and timely.
• Compiles and verifies data to be entered and records work in the database.
• Responds to inquiries about document status and resolves data discrepancies.
• Follows procedures to ensure timely document turnaround and follow-up.
• Onboards new carriers and agents; supports software testing and implementation as needed.
