Job summary

Integrity, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented data entry/operations support professional to join our United States team in Powell, OH. You will process agent contracts and licenses, verify data, and ensure completeness while delivering timely service to our carrier network.

You’ll maintain records, assist customers with inquiries, and support onboarding of new carriers and agents. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; experience preferred but not required.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Basic computer navigation and common apps (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable to changing operations; works well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Process contracts and licensing for agent appointments with carriers accurately and timely.
  • Compile and verify data for entry.
  • Ensure submitted data is complete and accurate.
  • Record work, transmit information into database, file or route documents after entry.
  • Provide customer service by responding to inquiries about status of submitted documents and resolving issues.
  • Follow processes to ensure timely document turnaround and follow up.
  • Process updates to contracts, licenses, forms, and commission schedules.
  • Onboard new carriers and new agents.
  • Special projects such as software testing and implementation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Processes contracts and licensing for agent appointments with carriers in a timely manner with accuracy.
  • Compiles and verifies the accuracy of data to be entered.
  • Takes necessary action to ensure the data submitted is complete, correct, and accurate.
  • Records work completed, transmits entered information into database, and files or routes documents after entry.
  • Provides knowledgeable customer service by responding to customer inquiries regarding the status of submitted documents, as well as resolving questions, inconsistencies, or missing data from documents they submit.
  • Follows proper processes and procedures to ensure timely document turnaround and follow up
  • Processes updates, changes, and/or additions to contracts, licenses for agent appointments, licensing forms from carriers in system, and commission schedules for and from carriers in system.
  • New carrier and new agent onboarding
  • Special projects (such as software testing and implementation) may be assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Primary Skills and Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); prior experience preferred but not required.

  • Communicates effectively in person, by phone, and in writing, demonstrating strong oral and written skills.
  • Applies reasoning and common sense to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
