Job summary

Jazwares is seeking a Global Brand Associate to manage brand categories and coordinate with licensees. You’ll support end-to-end product development and collaborate with design, marketing, and licensing to bring new products to market.

You will track approvals in licensors' platforms, assist with cost documentation, and help drive growth across consumer toys while leveraging DRM systems and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of brand management, licensing, marketing, or product development.
• Experience navigating the product development lifecycle for consumer hard or soft goods.
• Strong project management with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present ideas and collaborate as a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, packaging, marketing, and licensing to create compelling products from concept to market.
• Coordinate design approvals with licensors and track DRM compliance.
• Request and document 3D model costs, unit costs, and tooling costs from global suppliers to ensure timely quotes.
• Organize and manage product samples: track influx, storage, photography, and models for key accounts.
• Conduct market research and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and future growth.
• Support brand operations with social media updates, market tracking, submission trackers, and key account calls.
• Interface with sales, contract manufacturing, and external vendors to manage inventory and streamline processes.
