Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to drive compliance for individual and company licensing programs.

The role requires proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office and the ability to interpret complex regulations across states and municipalities. You will renew licenses, maintain a credentialing database, monitor statutes, and oversee preparation of application packets, testing, and renewals.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Paralegal Studies, or related program.
  • 2-3 years in licensing or related field.
  • Travel 0-5%.
  • Work Schedule 7AM–5PM, Monday–Friday; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Correspond and follow up with employees to renew individual licenses.
  • Research and evaluate cost‑effective means to acquire and maintain company and individual licensing needs.
  • Create and maintain a credentialing database with comprehensive and user‑friendly application and reporting for branch offices.
  • Evaluate company licensing needs and present strategic solutions to maintain compliance.
  • Act as a resource to review and evaluate company’s licensing needs on customer projects.
  • Process license reimbursements for approved field employees.
  • Ensure company licensing compliance by monitoring newly awarded project documentation.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate state statutes, rules and regulations to maintain compliance.
  • Obtain and maintain notary public, business, electrical contractor, master electrician, journeyman electrician, apprentice, low voltage licenses and oversee preparation and execution of application packets, testing, continuing education, renewals, etc.
  • Research, understand and interpret state and municipal licensing statutes, rules and regulations.
  • Translate statutes, rules and regulations into company applications and operational compliance.
  • Create and maintain web‑based comprehensive state licensing requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

About the Role

The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for driving compliance of individual persons and company licensing program. The candidate must be proficient in PC and Microsoft Office, interpret complex state and municipal regulations and knowledge of electrical construction trade is preferred.

Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Paralegal Studies, or related program (preferred).
  • Experience: 2-3 years in licensing or related field.
  • Travel: 0-5%.
  • Work Schedule: 7AM – 5PM, Monday–Friday. Overtime may be required.
