Job summary

Pan-American Life Insurance Group seeks a detail-oriented Licensing Specialist to join our Contracting & Licensing team in Oak Brook, IL. You will manage licensing, appointments and producer contracting, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely processing for agents and internal stakeholders.

Under supervision, you will validate documents, update systems, and coordinate with state departments, vendors and other departments to drive efficient workflows and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in processing licensing and contracts.
• Strong time management to handle high-volume workloads.
• Customer service mindset with agents and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to liaise with state departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• QA on New Agent Set Up and review incoming contracts for input.
• Contact producers for missing documents.
• Follow licensing checklists and workflows.
• Process high volume of work with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review agent evidences and licensing requirements.
• Notify agents of licensing, E&O, AML requirements.
• Process licenses and appointments including state fees.
• Terminate agent records and appointments when needed.
• Assist with basic/standard issues for agents and sales teams.
• Coordinate with ACS, Marketing and Accounting for tasks.
