Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group seeks an Agent Licensing & Contracting Coordinator to manage the contract lifecycle, build strong relationships with agents and agencies, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role is on site in Saint Albans, WV, with daily 8AM–5PM ET hours and no remote option.

You will coordinate insurance contracts, verify data for payments, and support a fast-paced team with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years administrative experience preferred; 1+ year contracting/insurance exposure preferred.
• Familiarity with basic computer functions and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract lifecycle from request through termination.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and agencies.
• Ensure contracting compliance with procedures and procurement laws.
• Enter and verify financial data for payments.
