Job summary

North American Senior Benefits, part of Integrity Marketing Group, is seeking a Licensing Coordinator I in Athens, GA to support contract and licensing processes for agent appointments with carriers. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and responsive customer service.

You will compile data, manage submissions in the system, and assist with onboarding of new carriers and agents, while adapting to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; prior experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Process contracts and licensing for agent appointments with carriers in a timely manner with accuracy.
• Compile and verify data to be entered; ensure data submitted is complete and correct.
• Record work, transmit information into database, and file or route documents after entry.
• Provide knowledgeable customer service by responding to inquiries about status of documents and resolving data issues.
• Follow processes to ensure timely document turnaround and follow-up.
• Handle updates and changes to contracts, licenses, and commission schedules in the system.
• Onboard new carriers and new agents; participate in special projects as assigned.
