Job summary

North American Senior Benefits is seeking a Licensing Coordinator I in Athens, GA to support our agent network by receiving, reviewing, filing, and submitting contracts, licenses, and applications. You will process agent appointments with carriers and ensure timely, accurate processing.

The role emphasizes data verification, responsive customer service, and adherence to processes. You will also assist with onboarding new carriers and agents and may participate in special projects, including

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; experience preferred but not required.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, memos.
Capability to present information in person, on the phone, and in writing.
Basic computer navigation and familiarity with email, word processing, spreadsheets, internet, and Adobe.
Multi-line phone skills and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Process contracts and licensing for agent appointments with carriers in a timely manner with accuracy.
Compile and verify the accuracy of data to be entered.
Ensure submitted data is complete, correct, and accurate.
Record work and transmit information into the database; file or route documents.
Provide customer service by answering inquiries about status and resolving data issues.
