Job summary

Disney Consumer Products is seeking an Associate, Category Management to help manage toy licensees and drive revenue growth across a focused set of brands. You will coordinate approvals, marketing assets, and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the NAM Hardlines Manager and sits onsite in Glendale, CA or Orlando, FL for a 6-month project hire or internal assignment. A base to support business planning and analytics is provided, with bonus potential based on

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationship with core toy licensees and support asset flows.
• Assist licensee management, product marketing approvals and communications.
• Define and activate category and property strategy.
• Identify and pitch licensees and opportunities; present trends and research.
• Support finance/forecasting and product line analyses.
• Coordinate cross-divisional relationships to maximize licensing opportunities.
