Job summary

DOWC is seeking a Licensing Specialist in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ to support development and implementation of compliance programs across the organization. You will independently conduct regulatory research, document changes, and communicate updates to leadership while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include licensing and renewals, state and lender form submissions, and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in law, ethics, or regulatory/compliance matters preferred.
• Experience building internal relationships across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify compliance functions and regulatory activities.
• Develop and administer a compliance strategy.
• Conduct regulatory research and communicate updates to leadership.
• Coordinate licensing, renewals, and filings with state and lenders.
• Prepare and distribute the monthly Compliance Compass newsletter.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
