Qualifications

• 3+ years in non-profit/licensing/payroll/sales tax registrations/regulatory filings.
• Licensing and compliance experience with strong customer service.
• Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience communicating with government agencies and handling filings.
• Hybrid work arrangement; availability for USA-based office locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients on licensing, registration and compliance matters.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms professionally and timely.
• Provide status updates and guidance throughout filing and registration processes.
• Maintain accurate records of filings, approvals and renewal schedules.
• Communicate with government agencies to obtain information and resolve issues.
