Job summary

BetMGM LLC in Jersey City, New Jersey is seeking a Licensing Support Specialist to assist with the administration and ongoing development of BetMGM’s licensing program. You will interact with employees across departments to ensure regulatory obligations are met and licenses are renewed accurately.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, excellent customer service, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with all business contacts.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Paralegal or legal assistance experience is a plus.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment (gaming preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support BetMGM’s licensing program administration.
• Coordinate fingerprinting appointments and license applications.
• Attend to renewals and information updates for licenses.
• Coordinate licensing processes for launches in new/existing states.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and personal data.
