Job summary

Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) seeks a detail-oriented Licensing Specialist to join the Contracting & Licensing team in Oak Brook, IL. You will support end-to-end licensing and contracting for insurance producers, ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive agent experience.

Responsibilities include agent licensing, appointments, and E&O/AML compliance, with report preparation and cross-department coordination. Local candidates preferred for onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2 years of insurance industry experience and licensing experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance on new agent setup and input contracts into electronic workstream.
• Coordinate licensing, appointments and producer contracting activities.
• Process a high volume of licensing work with accuracy and timeliness.
• Notify agents of licensing, E&O, AML requirements.
• Prepare management and agent reports on appointments and changes.
