Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking a detail‑oriented administrative professional to manage agent records, licensing and contracting processes. You will coordinate with carriers, marketers, and state agencies to ensure timely processing and accuracy, while maintaining professional and responsive communication.

The role requires comfort with computers, office tasks, and strong written and verbal communication to provide a positive experience for agents and partners.

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail, time management, multi-tasking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF; willing to learn new software.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain agent records in our database; review status changes from carrier portals.
  • Review contracting paperwork and licenses; prepare and submit contracts via email or e-contracting.
  • Communicate with agency staff or carriers by email/phone for updates or issues.
  • Verify valid insurance licenses, CE compliance, and vector status.
  • Maintain polite, professional communication by phone, email, and mail.
  • Anticipate needs to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
