Job summary

American Life Financial Partners, LLC seeks a Licensing, Contracting, and Commissions Coordinator to provide frontline service for agents and clients. You will manage licensing, appointments, and contracting activities, maintain records, and assist with onboarding and commission processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Degree in a related field is a plus.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year in data entry, licensing or contracting, or 6 months internal experience.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suite.
• Familiar with workflow management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for agent licensing, contracting and commission inquiries via phone and email.
• Process licensing, appointments and contracting activities with complete and timely documentation.
• Maintain agent records and monitor licensing/contract renewals for compliance.
• Assist onboarding new agents, including background checks and training requirements.
• Support commission administration by updating payments and reviewing transactions.
• Research and resolve licensing, contracting and commission issues with internal teams.
• Analyze and reconcile records, reports and debit balances with accurate documentation.
• Prepare reports and monitor data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, carrier requirements and regulatory standards.
