The role emphasizes analyzing eligibility, ensuring prerequisites are met, and solving licensing inquiries with professional communication. You will operate in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field required; minimum 5 years insurance or securities experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites licensing and registration by analyzing eligibility and compliance requirements.
• Provides timely support on licensing, license applications, CE, and state requirements.
• Communicates clearly with callers using standard CLR phone practices.
• Resolves routine inquiries with minimal oversight and escalates complex issues as needed.
• Processes state appointments using SIRCON, RegEd, and state websites.
• Cross-references licensing records with company records for accuracy and compliance.
• Meets service level goals and shares knowledge to improve processes.
• Delivers accurate, solution-oriented responses to customer needs.
