Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for new financial representatives, associates and staff who accepted offers.
• Own recordkeeping for contracting, changes, and terminations for financial representatives and staff.
• Own the NMIS Registration process for new and existing staff.
• Manage licensing study materials (SIE, S7, S6, S63) for licenses.
• Manage license transfers for residents and non-residents.
• Maintain confidentiality throughout all processes.
• Use applications to administer, input, track, and follow up on requirements.
• Distribute information on technical requirements to stakeholders.
