You will partner with recruiting and compliance to create a welcoming, compliant process from offer to readiness, enabling rapid integration into the firm.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration, with hybrid work after initial ramp.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional administrative or onboarding experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Serve as primary onboarding contact from acceptance through onboarding.
• Coordinate licensing, contracting, and registration steps.
• Monitor licensing progress and proactively remove barriers to completion.
• Coordinate scheduling, fingerprints, and background checks.
• Collaborate with recruiting, training, leadership, and compliance teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance throughout onboarding.
