Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Licensing Operations professional in Atlanta to manage licensee relationships and contract compliance. You will process royalties, renewals, and artwork reviews while ensuring brand standards and accurate records.

You will collaborate with internal teams to educate licensees on system use, submit insurance and compliance documents, and coordinate sample inventories as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proactive multitasker with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of the Licensing Management team to create a positive and productive partner experience for clients and licensees.
• Master FLM’s licensing database to conduct business transactions between FLM, clients, and licensees.
• Support renewals, contract compliance and expirations, licensee communications, and system updates.
• Review digital artwork submissions for contract and trademark compliance and brand standards.
• Educate licensees on licensing system benefits, requirements, and workflows.
• Coordinate inventory of product samples for licensee requests and applications.
• Review and process royalty reports, address inaccuracies through written and verbal communication.
• Serve as a resource for licensees, understanding their businesses and anticipating needs.
• Ensure completion of licensing requirements including royalty reporting, contracts, insurance, and labor code submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate contract compliance records.
• Contribute to daily processes and improve collaboration within the licensing team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
