Job summary

Jobtailor in Las Vegas is seeking a Licensing Specialist to oversee regulatory license applications under supervision and coordinate licensing matters for personnel across jurisdictions. You will interface with employees on licensing issues, manage critical dates, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

In this role, you will interact with gaming regulators and maintain license requirements while escalating concerns to the Licensing supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree desired.
• Gaming or regulatory experience preferred.
• Relationships with gaming regulators is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with government authorities.

Responsibilities

• Complete simple regulatory license applications with supervision.
• Interface with employees on personal licensing matters.
• Manage dates and priorities for assigned individuals or jurisdictions.
• Interact and communicate with gaming regulators.
• Maintain license requirements for assigned jurisdictions.
• Identify areas of concern for escalation to Licensing supervisor.
