The Home Depot seeks a compliance-focused professional to ensure THD At Home Services meets state and local licensing requirements across Georgia.

You will oversee licensing, permitting, inspections, and audits, manage field compliance, and act as the primary decision-maker for customer satisfaction adjustments up to $1,000. This role requires travel and strong regulatory relationships.

Qualificações

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Georgia active trade license (Master Electrician or Master Plumber or HVAC Contractor).
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Strong relationships with state and local regulatory agencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance of all THD Service Providers in their categories and geography.
• Oversee licensure, permitting, inspections, and trade standards; monitor field compliance.
• Perform license exams and continuing education requirements as needed.
• Primary decision-maker for customer satisfaction adjustments up to $1,000.
• Meet with state/local officials or trade groups to discuss compliance issues.
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis to identify risk areas and propose improvements.
