Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager for At Home Services in Florida. You will ensure licensing, permitting, and inspections compliance; build relationships with state/local officials and trade groups; and oversee field compliance activities including audits. You will resolve customer complaints and drive process improvements using data analysis.

Travel may be required. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 6+ years of related experience, and an HVAC

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure THD At Home Services compliance with state and local regulatory license requirements.
• Oversee Field compliance activities, including jobsite quality audits and supervision.
• Perform all duties to attain and maintain specific trade licenses, including exams and continuing education.
• Resolve customer complaints related to THD Services installations, with authority to approve customer satisfaction markdowns up to $1,000.
• Meet with state and local officials or trade groups to discuss compliance issues.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify risks and propose process improvements.
