Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks a Customer Service Operations Associate (Filing Manager) to join the Account Services Department within the BL Team. The role focuses on preparing and submitting applications to obtain, amend, renew or close licenses for clients.

Responsibilities include preparing filings across industries, submitting 50–100 applications weekly, and working with Account Managers to ensure timely licensure. The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of data entry and/or licensing experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with government agencies and colleagues.
• Strong PC skills in a Windows environment including MS Office and Adobe PDF.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file standard, advanced and specialized applications and renewals across diverse clients and industries.
• Submit 50–100 applications per week depending on filing complexity.
• Collaborate with CSA-Account Managers to ensure timely fulfillment of filing orders and resolve barriers to licensure.
• Document changes to filing processes in internal databases and coordinate with onboarding/research teams.
• Operate efficiently within an internal collaborative team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
