Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a Licensing Manager to oversee day-to-day relations with licensors and brand partners for its growing home textiles line.

You will coordinate design submissions, artwork, packaging, and sales collateral while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates possess licensing experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with Creative, Sales, Sourcing, Production, and international teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of licensing experience in licensing, consumer products, brand management, sales support, or related field.
• Prior licensing experience required.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Comfortable managing spreadsheets, trackers, product matrices, and detailed calendars.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, Sourcing, Production, and overseas teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day liaison between the company and outside licensors and brand partners.
• Coordinate the submission and approval process for licensed designs, artwork, samples, packaging, and sales collateral.
• Partner with the Creative team to ensure licensed artwork and product concepts meet brand guidelines prior to submission.
• Manage communication and follow-ups between licensors and internal creative/product teams.
• Track licensor feedback, revisions, and approvals to keep projects moving on schedule.
• Coordinate delivery of style guides, packaging assets, marketing materials, and other licensor requirements.
• Maintain accurate licensing files, product matrices, approval trackers, and project calendars.
