Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of design experience in home decor, softgoods, textiles, furniture, or lifestyle.
• Leadership experience guiding and mentoring a design team.
• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production timelines.
• Proficiency with Adobe CS for design development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the creative vision and design direction for the Home category.
• Lead seasonal design development from concept through production.
• Mentor and manage a team of designers with creative direction and feedback.
• Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and product development to align design with business goals.
