Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent education/experience mix, plus the ability to manage administrative duties at a supervisory level.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Education and experience in business, public administration, office management or related field.
  • Some experience in a management level position involving administrative or supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees administrative and support procedures for BCCC and OPLC Supervisors to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Provides detailed administrative duties including exam administration and licensing decisions support.
  • Writes correspondence, coordinates dissemination of materials, develops agendas and takes minutes for meetings.
  • Reviews board records and addresses issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
