POSITION SUMMARY

• SUPERVISOR: Unit Manager / Licensing, Payment, and Support
• UNION REPRESENTATION: SEIU
• POSITION PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to review foster home applications for completeness, assess application information, re-license homes, make visits to provide ongoing monitoring of compliance with rules, maintain records, provide information, and perform other duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• High school diploma or GED and a any combination of education and experience that provides the occupant with the skills, knowledge, and proficiency required to perform the job.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
• Three years progressively responsible experience working within Senior and Disability Services or Department of Human Services working with senior or people with disabilities.
• Basic computer skills and comprehension.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check.
