Job summary

Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians is seeking an Licensing Administrative Assistant to support the Licensing Division. The role serves as the first point of contact for applicants and the public, handling inquiries and data entry with accuracy and professionalism.

The position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, work with Microsoft Office, and maintain confidential records. Occasional travel may be needed, with a focus on accurate processing of licensing documents.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone.
• Answer calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments for new applicants and renewals.
• Enter applicant/licensee information into the licensing database.
• Issue user names and passwords for licensing applications.
• Make copies and file documents; print and issue licenses (badges).
• Maintain logs and distribute mail for the Licensing Division.
• Coordinate supplies for the Licensing Division and present orientation to new hires.
• Assist Investigators in the licensing process when needed.
• Create/update applicant/licensee profiles in the database.
• Ensure confidentiality of all information and communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
