Job summary

The Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians in San Jacinto, CA is seeking a Planning, Development and Operation Director to implement and oversee the Public Works Department's operations, planning, development, and facilities management.

You will lead budget development, manage staffing, coordinate with engineers and external agencies, review plans and specifications, and ensure regulatory compliance across capital and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or construction management experience with 10+ years in leadership.
• Experience in building maintenance or large facilities management.
• Five years of facilities maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and monitors long-term plans and goals for Public Works.
• Directs budgeting and forecasting for staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinates with engineers, developers, architects, and outside agencies on projects.
• Reviews plans, specifications, and cost estimates for engineering projects.
• Performs site inspections during construction to ensure safety and compliance.
