Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a nurse supervisor to oversee all nursing care for our PACE clinic patients. You will work with internal and external teams to ensure efficient operations and quality care.

The role includes supervising front- and back-office staff, coaching and training, and contributing to planning and budgeting to meet clinic objectives. California LVN licensure and BLS are required or equivalent per guidelines.

Qualifications

Job Overview

This position is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of nursing care provided to AltaMed PACE clinic patients and works in conjunction with internal and external departments to achieve the clinic's objectives. Additionally, this position supervises and coordinates front office and back-office patient care and clinic support staff, is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of clinic operations, and for monitoring, coaching, training, reporting, planning, and budgeting as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• A current LVN license issued by the State of California is required.
• Valid driver's license.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Prior experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
• Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical system (EHR/EMR) preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

Pay for this job starts at $77,126.00 annually
