Additionally, this position supervises and coordinates front office and back-office patient care and clinic support staff, is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of clinic operations, and for monitoring, coaching, training, reporting, planning, and budgeting as assigned.**Minimum Requirements*** A current LVN license issued by the State of California is required.* Valid driver’s license.* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred.* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.* Prior experience with the geriatric population is preferred.* Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical system (EHR/EMR) preferred.* A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.**Compensation**Pay for this job starts at $77,126.00 annually**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
