Job summary

Assisted Home Health & Hospice in Pomona, CA is seeking an LVN to provide in-home nursing care to our patients. This role offers full-time hours (day or night shifts available) and a chance to contribute to high-quality home health services.

You will work one-on-one with patients, assist the RN in implementing the plan of care, and coordinate with the physician as needed. Benefit-rich package available including education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners.

What you will do:
