Qualifications

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you:

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience
• Ability to provide nursing visits as prescribed by a physician and maintain accurate medical records

Required Certifications and Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license in the state of employment
• Valid CPR certification
• Licensed driver with ability to travel to all locations
