Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Houston, TX and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $62,000 - $75,000

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a significant difference in the lives of their patients and families. We are hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time and part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities include:

1. Focus on medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in their homes per physician plans.
2. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
3. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
4. Coordinate care and educate family members to improve outcomes.
5. Implement preventative measures to ensure quality care.
