Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Pearland, TX and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $25-$37/hr

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a difference in the lives of patients and families. We are hiring Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends available). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, following the active care plan provided by physicians and other personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care and educate family members to improve patient outcomes.
• Implement preventative measures to maintain quality care.
