Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Bilingual Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Houston, TX and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $62,000 - $75,000

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families. We are looking for Bilingual Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to work full-time or part-time shifts (days, nights, and weekends available). Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Focusing on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their homes, following the active care plan provided by physicians and relevant personnel.
2. Conducting ongoing patient care assessments.
3. Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
4. Coordinating care among team members.
5. Educating family members on clinical care to promote positive outcomes.
6. Implementing preventative measures to ensure quality care for patients.
