The Beach Post-Acute in Long Beach, CA is seeking an LVN to join our 98-bed skilled nursing team. The LVN will assist RNs with day-to-day care in alignment with each resident’s care plan and support medication administration, wound care, and documentation.
We offer full-time shifts (AM, PM, NOC) on a 4 on 2 off rotation, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, 401(k), and paid time off. Active CA LVN license and CPR/BLS required.

Supportive and collaborative work environment
The LVN is responsible for assisting RN’s in conducting the day-to-day functions in accordance with each resident’s care plan.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report findings to RNs or physicians
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and scope of practice
Perform wound care, catheter care, and other clinical interventions as needed
Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Support infection control, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
Provide emotional support to residents and families, promoting resident dignity and rights
Participate in shift reports, care planning, and quality assurance initiatives
Active LVN License in CA
CPR/BLS
Strong clinical judgement, teamwork, and communication skills
