Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients with gtube, trach, or vent care needs. Position offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and comprehensive benefits.

You'll work in patients' homes, adhering to prescribed orders and nursing standards, with opportunities to advance skills if interested. Requires LVN license in the practice state, TB/Chest X-ray, and BLS certification; 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed LVN in the state where the LVN will practice.
• TB or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.

Pay Range $ 32 / per hour - $ 36 / per hour
