Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home pediatric nursing care. Some patients have G-tube, trach, vent needs, with opportunities to advance skills on assignment.

The role offers hourly pay and benefits, including health, dental, vision, HSA and life insurance, PTO and a 401(k). Current LVN license, BLS, and TB/Chest X-Ray are required, with prior nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state where the LVN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Pay Range $ 30 / per hour - $ 35 / per hour
