Job summary

Canton Oaks is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team in a full-time role. Newly hired LVNs may qualify for a $4,000 sign-on bonus if they start on or before September 30, 2026. Shifts include 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.

Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, with a competitive benefits package. Responsibilities include delivering patient care, collecting data, and supervising nursing staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LVN in good standing with the state (as required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care to patients, collects data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information to care of patients.
• Directs and supervises care given by other nursing staff as needed.

Posted Salary Range

USD $28.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
